Certified Lions FC Set for December 20 Home Opener Against Soles de Sonora

The West Division of the 2025 to 2026 MASL 2 season will open with a matchup that brings international flavor to Oklahoma City while also highlighting one of the newest arenas in the league.

Certified Lions FC will host Soles de Sonora on Saturday, December 20 at the new OG&E Arena in downtown OKC. The one hundred million dollar venue seats forty five hundred fans for professional indoor soccer and began welcoming events earlier this summer on the grounds of the historic Oklahoma State Fair Park.

The release of the final league schedule by MASL 2 Commissioner Chris Economides confirmed a competitive seven team West Division that will feature regular regional matchups across both the United States and Mexico. The Lions will look to set the tone early on their home turf as they begin their journey toward a playoff push.
